I cannot stop raving about the location. It was great! the city centre was right there. walking to the docks was super easy too! the bathrooms were also great. Little milks in the fridge was a nice touch.
I had some issues with the sofa bed. It was just not made up when we arrived. it was kind of a hassle to figure it out late at night! the man i spoke to on the phone was rude. That was not fun.

The location was excellent.. right in the middle of the action. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen included a microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, and fridge. I found helpful and polite staff.

The apartment had everything I needed, including a microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge, and ironing board. The staff were helpful, courteous, and kind (it really made a difference). The location was amazing. I was right in the middle of everything. The bed was very comfy, essential after a long day.
The apartment was a little dark inside, and I had some trouble getting ready because of the lack of natural light.

the apartment was super clean with modern decor. its location was central near many amenities. the apartment provided ample space and all necessary facilities. i found the contactless check-in and check-out process smooth.
I experienced some noise from nearby nightclubs. It was quite noticeable late into the night, which affected sleep quality.

the room had good size. the bed was comfortable. a blond polish lady greeted me at the hotel and was very helpful. she was polite.
there were no tea towels. the wifi did not work. there was only one washing up sponge. it was pretty grubby.

there was no full kitchenette, it only had a good fridge-freezer, microwave and oven. i noticed a sink, but the faucet sat away from the sink. this made it impossible to avoid wetting the kitchen counter.

the apartments are near pubs and restaurants. a tesco store is only five minutes down the street. the location is very central for many facilities. it is easy to find things.
